Engineering from your existing parts will be accurately measured and rapidly
manufactured. With your new part(s), you will be provided dimensioned drawings
and/or files in your choice of formats.
Single/Multiple/Assembled Parts
- Part or parts are measured using certified
inspection equipment
- 2D and/or 3D drawing(s) are created usign
AutoCAD and/or Unigraphics per customer request
- Part or parts are manufactured to tolerances
for fit, function, and verified per customer specifications with
measurement documentation
- 24-hour assistance with quick turnaround
provided
Final Process
- Dissassembly and/or assembly are verfied per customer
specifications and with measurement documenation
- Experimental run(s) for fit and function are performed
on our shop floor if possible per customer specifications
